This Privacy Policy explains how SoundClean collects, uses, stores, and deletes information when you use our website and audio cleanup service.

Information We Collect

Cleaned previews and cleaned output files generated by the service.
Purchase, subscription, and billing status information.
Support messages, feedback, and other information you choose to send us.

IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from network data.
Upload, processing, download, error, and usage logs.
Cookies or similar identifiers used for sessions, authentication, analytics, support, fraud prevention, and service reliability.

How We Use Information

Provide audio and video cleanup, previews, downloads, accounts, and billing.
Store files temporarily so you can preview and download results.
Process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe.
Prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, troubleshoot errors, and keep the service secure.

Understand product usage and improve SoundClean.
Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations.

Uploaded Files and 7-Day Retention

SoundClean is not permanent storage.

Uploaded files, cleaned previews, and cleaned downloads are stored for up to 7 days. After that, they are automatically deleted from our storage systems.

Files may be deleted sooner if you restart a preview, upload a replacement file, cancel a job, a processing job fails, a temporary checkout expires, or we need to remove content for security, abuse prevention, legal, or operational reasons.

We do not use your uploaded files to train AI models unless we ask for your permission separately.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe may collect and process payment details, billing information, tax information, and fraud prevention signals.

SoundClean receives limited payment information from Stripe, such as customer identifiers, checkout status, subscription status, purchased plan or processing time, payment amount, currency, and receipt-related details. We do not store your full payment card number.

Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.

Service Providers

We use service providers to operate SoundClean. These may include:

Cloud storage providers for temporary uploaded and cleaned files.
Audio processing infrastructure for denoising jobs.
Authentication providers for sign-in.
Stripe for payments and billing.
Analytics, error monitoring, and support tools to understand usage and help users.
Hosting, database, cache, and email infrastructure.

These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember session state, measure usage, improve the product, provide support, and protect against abuse.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling some cookies may prevent parts of SoundClean from working correctly.

Deleting your account or requesting deletion may not immediately remove information we must keep for legal, payment, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or security reasons.
